A quick coupon abbreviation primer

There are times when I may use abbreviations in my posts, and I know some of you are scratching your heads!  So, without further ado here’s the abbreviation dictionary!

IP = Internet Printable

TP= Tear Pad coupon, these are usually found in the grocery stores

SS= Smart Source insert found in the newspaper

RP = Red Plum insert found in the newspaper

PG= Proctor and Gamble insert found in the newspaper

Blinkie = Coupon found at grocery store with a blinking dispenser

Peelie = Coupon found on the product that you have to peel off

Booklet = these are coupons that you typically either send away for, or you can sometimes find these booklets in the stores

Hangtag/Wintag = These are coupons found around the necks of products such as Windex etc.

Wags = Walgreens

FL = Food Lion

OOP = Out of pocket costs

RR= Register rewards at Walgreens
